Who is KUKUNI?

Kukuni is the brainchild of LA transplant, Willy Christie. Conceived in 2019, Kukuni was an experiment in writing music with no audience in mind. After recording the debut album, a live group was formed. Mauricio Cruz on bass and synth and Neil Newton playing guitar. Kukuni signed with Liquid Culture Records in 2022, and is currently working on the next record.
